The works and installation of equipment for the COLOR CENTER WWTP at its new factory in Polinyà (Barcelona) have been completed. The project has been carried out jointly between CORPI OBRES I CONSTRUCCIONS and CORPI GIA, delivering a turnkey project.

The treatment plant completely designed and built by Corpi includes the different stages of treatment:

• Aerated equalization tank, neutralization and foam control.
• Physical-chemical treatment with dosing of reagents (coagulant, pH adjustment and flocculant), separation by gravity in a clarifier.
• SBR biological reactor and discharge to the municipal collector.
• Dewatering of the sludge in a thickener prior to the filter press.
