Corpi Gestió Integral de l’Aigua has completed the installation and commissioning of an automatic screen according to the specifications of the mixed supply contract with the Municipality of Sallent.

The screen has been custom-made to fit precisely into the location’s dimensions. The material of the screen is AISI 316L, with a capacity of up to 500 m³/h.

The screen operates automatically and lifts the waste to the final management container, greatly simplifying the tasks of plant operators. The lifting belt’s motor speed is adjusted using a frequency converter to optimize cycles.

The supply execution required coordinating various tasks, from dismantling old equipment to connecting new equipment electrically, and finally conducting hydraulic tests.
